Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated 28 October 2026 · Stuffle Labs LLP
This policy applies to every purchase made from Stuffle Labs LLP in any Stuffle product. Each product is billed separately. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time from the billing or plan settings in the product. For example, in Vaak go to Settings → Plan → Cancel renewal.
- When you cancel, the plan stops renewing. You keep everything included in the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
When we refund
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You were charged twice, or a payment went through but you received nothing | Full refund of the duplicate or failed purchase |
| Unused one-off top-ups (Vaak practice minutes, Lottify credits) | Refundable in full within 7 days of purchase if none of the top-up has been used |
| A paid feature didn’t work and we couldn’t fix it | Full or partial refund, depending on how much of the period was affected |
| Subscription fees for a period already started | Not refunded automatically. Tell us what went wrong and we’ll review it. We’d rather fix the problem than keep a payment you’re unhappy with |
| Accounts closed for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy | Not refunded |
How to request a refund
Email support@stuffle.io from the email address on your account. Include:
- the product name;
- the Razorpay payment ID (it starts with
pay_and is in your payment confirmation email); - a short description of the problem.
We aim to reply within 3 business days.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Cards, UPI and net banking usually show the refund within 5–7 business days. Some banks take up to 10. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, send us the payment ID and we will follow it up with Razorpay.
