Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Stuffle Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (LLPIN ACU-4583), with its registered office at 27C, Royal Apartments, Sigma IV, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India (“Stuffle”, “we”, “us”).

They apply to every Stuffle website, application, browser extension and API, including Vaak, Lottify, the agOS Browser Assistant, agOS, Planner, Dodox, Mesa and Stuffle ID (each a “Product”, together the “Services”). A Product may have extra terms shown in that Product. If they conflict with these Terms, the Product terms apply to that Product.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and the AI Use Policy. If you use the Services for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.

2. Your account

• Accounts are provided through Stuffle ID. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Organisation accounts may give owners, administrators and members different permissions. Use only the permissions you have been given.

3. Plans, payments and renewals

• Some Products are free. Others offer paid plans, subscriptions or one-off purchases such as practice minutes or credits. The price, what is included and the billing period are shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Product’s billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Each Product is billed separately. A subscription to one Product does not include any other Product unless we say so.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change affects a renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload, record or create with the Services (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Services for you. That licence ends when Your Content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups for a short time.

You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.

5. Our Services and intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics and trademarks, belong to Stuffle or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them under these Terms. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the Services, except where the law allows it or we agree in writing.

Assets we offer for reuse, such as free animations in Lottify, come with the licence shown alongside them.

6. AI features

Many Products use artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Review it before you rely on it. You are responsible for decisions you make with AI output. See the AI Use Policy.

7. Third-party services

Some features connect to services we do not control, such as payment processors, AI model providers or a model you configure yourself. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Products marked Beta or Early access are still in development and may change or be withdrawn. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, we will try to give you reasonable notice.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect users or the Services. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you the chance to export Your Content.

10. Disclaimers

Except as stated in these Terms, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stuffle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Stuffle for reasonable losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. Otherwise, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the Product or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the updated Terms.
